Poetry Workshop : Shall I compare thee to a summer’s day?

Dear fellow Muses,

I hope your summer is turning out exactly how you like it. For me that’s: A lot of iced drinks by the beach with a bonfire and a slice of romance.

Summer always makes me hopelessly romantic so I thought the only cure for this is: poetry. Of course.

What we’ll do:

In the beginning I’ll share some poems that I love to inspire you and then we will do some creative writing exercises and prompts to try and write poetry ourselves.

Things you’ll need:

• pen and paper
• a poem that you love
• curiousity

I will send you a link an hour before it starts on the day.
